Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada , the united states, some of the Caribbean islands, and Liberia. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States, and around the same part of the year in other places. Although Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated as a secular holiday as well. on thanksgiving my family likes to cook a variety of foods to eat, and watch football together as a family. some of the food my family cook is ham, turkey, dressing… etc. somethings that i’m thankful for is my family, my friends and football, basketball, track, my brothers who i will do anything for and i know that will do anything for me if i needed them to and i’m thankful for music that help me get through a lot of things.
